The results of the investigation so far have determined that the defendant Vietnamese had colluded with the defendant Tien in order to sign the execution of contracts for the purchase and sale of goods between companies, transfer money for illegal payment, and then proceed . causing great amount of damage to the State.

According to the investigating agency, Mr. Tien’s criminal acts have caused monetary damages to the State of more than 182 billion VND. Currently, the president of Dai Nam Group Corporation is detained in the T16 camp, Ministry of Public Security, to serve the investigation.
