On the morning of November 10, the leader of the city of Dien Bien Phu (Dien Bien Province) said that after the investigation, the unit decided not to prosecute the case of the “busted” girl. 150 tray covers wedding of a restaurant in Muong Thanh neighborhood.
The girl “flare” 150 wedding trays, Ca Thi Ut (24 years old, resident of Pa Khoang Commune, Dien Bien Phu City, Dien Bien Province) is not subject to administrative sanctions.
“The police agency found that there were no criminal signs in this incident. Realizing that this is a problem related to civil disputes, we instruct the victim who is the owner of the restaurant to complete the paperwork to sue. Ut went to court, ”said the leader.
Earlier, at the police station, Ca Thi Ut confessed that he used to go to the Tam Phuc restaurant (the address is in group 9, Muong Thanh neighborhood), so he knew that the owner of the restaurant was Mr. VTL (32 years).
To “polish” his name, Ut boasted that he worked for a state agency in the area. Seeing Mr. L.’s confidence, Ut gave up the idea of taking over the property.
Around August, Ut had Mr. L. prepare 7 rices (worth VND 7 million) to receive the agency’s guests and asked Mr. L. to move to the address provided by Ut. These 7 decks are configured as unpaid debt.
When Mr. L. called to collect the old debt, because he had no money to pay and wanted Mr. L. to trust, Ut lied saying that he would have a wedding at his restaurant in the future and then pay for one.
On September 22, Ut called Mr. L. to provide him with 156 kg of raw chicken, 40 kg of sausage, 180 boxes of sugar cane (worth almost 23 million VND) to celebrate a happy press at the girl’s house. Additionally, Ut placed Mr. L. to install a fountain, theater, and 150 wedding trays in the restaurant.
According to a verbal contract between the two parties, from September 24 to 26, Mr. L. transferred all of the aforementioned food to Ut. On September 30, the restaurant fully prepared 150 wedding invitation trays as required, but there were no guests, brides or grooms to attend the party.
When the restaurant owner repeatedly called the girl who set up the terrace, he was unable to contact, so he reported the incident to the police.
After the incident, Ca Thi Ut fled the area, so the police had to send a search force.
On October 1, Dien Bien Phu City Police in coordination with Muong Thanh District Police found Ca Thi Ut in an area near the border in Thanh Luong Commune, Dien Bien District.
