According to the Ho Chi Minh City police, the Tan Hung neighborhood police in District 7 received news from people about the discovery of a female body, the head of the victim was removed from the body in the skylight area of Block B apartment at 13 hours 10 minutes on 8-10.
Upon verification, the police identified the victim as NTAT, 33, who resides on the 31st floor of the apartment above.

Working with the police, Chi TT, sister AT (who lives in the same apartment) said that Ms AT has suffered from depression since 2013 and has been examined and treated in many psychiatric hospitals. Recently, there have been more serious suicide symptoms and attempts.
On November 7, when Mrs. AT had an abnormal psychological expression, Mrs. TT notified her relatives to come to take care of her.
The results of the initial investigation determined that the victim died from multiple injuries due to a strong impact on the body, and the victim’s head was cut off by objects in the ventilation of the apartment building.
