In his first statement since Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden declared victory, Senator Mitch McConnell, Senate Majority Leader, said the results of the US presidential election are “preliminary.” McConnell also criticized Democrats who asked President Donald Trump to accept the election results.
“President Trump 100% has the right to review allegations of anomalies and consider legal options,” McConnell said.
McConnell also supported President Trump in filing lawsuits to clarify allegations related to the election results.
