In which, there are projects with a large area:
– Housing project of the Saigon Golf Limited Company in Long Truong Ward (District 9) with an area of 158ha. This project has a decision to approve the land use plan in 2016, but it has not been implemented for 3 years, the investor has not registered the land use plan in 2019.
– The 5.46 ha Dam Sen complex project in District 3, District 11 has been approved for the 2015 land use plan. The District 11 People’s Committee has reported in writing the difficulties and problems of this project in 2018.
– The group of projects related to the university area of more than 240 hectares in An Phu Tay, Phong Phu and Hung Long communes (Binh Chanh district) was included in the 2016 land use plan, adjusted and canceled individual projects. Combine and bid to select investors to build synchronous infrastructure for the entire area.
