Consequently, in articles 52 to 56 of the Public Employees Law and Government Decree No. 27/2012 / ND-CP, Decree 112/2020 / ND-CP on the discipline of cadres, public servants and public employees regulations on this topic. Clause 1 of article 14 of Decree 27 provides for disciplinary action against public employees as follows: “For managers, heads of agencies, organizations or units that have the authority to appoint, dismiss, discipline and decide the form of discipline” .
