The Traffic Police Department of the Ministry of Public Security said that around 1:00 p.m. this afternoon, November 9, at Km229, Phap Van – Cau Gie – Ninh Binh highway in the direction of Ninh Binh to Hanoi (in the Thuong Moist Village Area, Tien Hai Commune, Phu Ly Town, Ha Nam) an accident occurred between a passenger car and a truck.

Passenger car with Van Anh garage sign 29B-204.95 circulating on Thanh Hoa – Hanoi route, controlled by driver Nguyen Van Luan (35 years old; resident of Bac Son, Phu Son, Nghi Son district, Thanh Hoa) collided with a truck with license plate 36C-064.11 that is parked in the emergency lane due to a vehicle breakdown (vehicle is under for repair).

As a result, the collision injured 3 passengers on the bus, 1 person in the truck was injured, it is not clear whether to assist the car or drive.

The main cause of the accident was initially determined by the damaged truck, which had to park in the emergency lane for repair. The passenger car traveling in the same direction collided with the side of the truck.

Currently, the units have organized first aid for the victims and the flow of traffic, in addition to examining the place, investigating and solving the case in accordance with the regulations.
