Nguyen Van Huong, Head of the Climate Forecast Division (National Hydrometeorological Forecast Center), said the next storm is moving very fast, so it only has two days near the provinces from Phu Yen to Ninh Thuan.

“From November 9 to 12, the storms will cause very heavy rains in the Central and South Central regions. The Central Highlands are affected by the circulation of the storm, so there will also be rain,” Huong said. Areas that are forecast to have heavy rains have had floods in the past, so the risk of flash floods is very high.

In addition to the tropical depression that is about to turn into a storm, the eastern Philippines also appears as a zone of low pressure, according to the National Center for Hydrometeorological Forecasts on November 12, the low pressure in the East Sea, is strengthened into a storm.

The north of next week is affected by cold and dry air, so the main weather is less cloudy, sunny, night temperature is below 20, on the day 26-29 degrees Celsius.
