The clip image also shows multiple people riding a motorcycle behind this thief. The clip enrages and angers viewers.

Through our investigation, the clip above recorded the scene at 8th Street, Binh Hung Hoa Ward, Binh Tan District, Ho Chi Minh City. According to people here, the victim was stripped of his property by the robber and dragged the accident hundreds of meters on the road.
The injured woman was taken to a nearby medical center for first aid. According to an employee who worked at this medical center, a girl of about 18 years old, who lived in the Binh Tan district, suffered a scraping on her leg, after first aid disappeared.
