In the Georgia lawsuit, President Trump’s campaign suspects 53 votes to ignore late-arrival mail mixed with that sent on time. Meanwhile, Georgia Superior Court Judge James Bass said there was “no evidence” that the suspected ballots were invalid, according to Reuters.
And in the Michigan lawsuit, President Trump’s campaign wants the state to stop counting votes and have deeper access to the counting process. However, Judge Cynthia Stephens also dismissed the lawsuit, emphasizing: “I have no basis for detecting a significant possibility of success based on righteousness,” according to Reuters.
President Trump’s campaign also sued the court in Nevada, demanding that invalid votes be counted. According to Fox News, there are tens of thousands of people who are no longer local but still vote and, in one case, the ballots are sent to the deceased’s apartment but are still filled out and sent to the polls.
With 84% of the votes counted in Nevada, Biden is ahead of Trump, at 49.4% – 48.4% respectively. Biden only needs to win another battle state to get the electoral votes necessary to win the election. Biden currently has 264 votes, while Trump has 213 votes.
