On the night of November 3, the media representative of the joint-stock company beGroup said that he fired the driver of beCar with the act of opening a depraved movie and sexually abusing the passenger in the car.
Consequently, on the morning of November 2, the passenger booked a car through the app to go from Le Van Sy street (hall 14, district 3) to the Landmark 81 building (Binh Thanh district).
At 11:11 am the driver of beCar PQH drives a car to pick you up. On the way, driver H. opened the debauchery film, reached back and touched the passenger’s lap, causing the victim to panic and scream. The bus ends at 12:29 on the same day.
After receiving customer complaints, beGroup Joint Stock Company contacted the victim and driver H. to clarify the case.
“We immediately applied the highest level of sanctions, which consisted of closing the offending driver’s account, apologizing to customers and waiting for understanding. The client has agreed with the above management direction, ”said the beGroup Joint Stock Company media representative.
According to this person, beGroup is committed to handling in a resolute, fair and in no way in case the driver behaves inappropriately with customers.
