At 7:00 am on October 31, Super Typhoon Goni was located about 810 kilometers east of Lu-dong Island in the Philippines. The strongest wind in the area near the center of the strong super typhoon level 17 (200-220 km / h), is moving above level 17.
The storm is forecast to move in a southwesterly direction 20-25 km every hour over the next 24 hours.
