The explanation for these income levels, especially public concerns, revolves around the fact that assistant principals earn 11 times more than teaching staff, according to a school official, the income the school pays for teaching. Public employees and employees are not based on title but pay per job title, volume of work, capacity of the person holding the job and efficiency achieved.

Therefore, the workload and objectives between trainers and administrative officials are not the same. Including the same job, but each person has their own job characteristics, ability to contribute separately, … so their income must be different.
