“On the morning of October 27, the Phu Cat Commune People’s Committee working group coordinated with the Cat Minh Commune People’s Committee to mobilize the relocation of 36 households near the foot of Ganh Mountain and 50 Homes living nearby could be affected if a landslide occurs. We are very determined, before 17:00 on October 27, we must get all these homes to a safe place, ”said Mr. Tran Van Huong, Vice Chairman of H. Pu Cat People’s Committee.
