Before that, Mr. Tuong reported that on the afternoon of October 23, after school, Hien took a bus to the stop near the Thuong Tin H Post Office to take his electric bicycle home. At around 7:00 PM on the same day, the two friends saw Hien get out of the car, however after that, they were unable to see Hien.
“I couldn’t see my daughter, my family couldn’t contact me, I couldn’t find my car in the parking lot, so I looked everywhere but there was no information about her,” Tuong said.
Mr. Tuong said that 3 days ago, many people in many provinces and cities called to announce that they had seen someone like Hien. When there was information that the family arrived quickly, but it was not.
“Yesterday afternoon, the family received information that a friend was studying at a temple in Thanh Liem (Ha Nam) like Hien, she arrived immediately, but no, she had to return during the night,” Mr. Tuong said.
