A serious traffic accident occurred on Provincial Highway 623B, passing through Nghia Ky Commune, Tu Nghia District, Quang Ngai, around 6:00 pm 24-10.
At least 2 people died, 5 very seriously injured people were taken to the Quang Ngai General Hospital in an emergency.
People in the area said that at the time of the accident they heard a loud crash, then the truck with the Ho Chi Minh City license plate crashed into a 7-seat car and many motorcycles and ran towards people’s home.
At the scene, the truck collided with the people’s house and was trapped, under the car, someone died. Currently under the car it is still pulled by the vehicle hitting many objects and causing the motorcycle to roll downwards.

Observed in the scene, the line imprinted on the road surface extends for about 40 m, with broken glass everywhere. At least 4 houses collapsed and damaged.
The authorities sent 2 bodies.
A series of bandaged ambulances were brought to the scene by the medical industry ready to rescue the victims.
The police are blocking the scene to protect the scene, the representative of the prosecution was present. Rescuers are working urgently, searching for the victim who is still trapped under the truck.
Mr. Nguyen Tang Binh, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Quang Ngai Provincial People’s Committee, was present at the scene leading the handling of the case.
According to initial information, the truck caused the accident of driver Nguyen Van Linh. The two dead were Dinh Van Trang (who resided in Son Thanh Commune, Son Ha District, Quang Ngai) and Nguyen Quoc Thu (Nghia Lo Ward, Quang Ngai City).
The injured included: Bui Thi Kim Lien, Bui Thi Ly, Le Thi Thi. The rest of the people have no information.
Quang Ngai General Hospital said it had received 7 cases of hospitalized injuries on the same day. Among them was a patient whose prognosis did not pass.
The injured victims are in very serious condition with multiple injuries and respiratory distress. Currently, the victims are being treated in the intensive care unit and must be ventilated.
