Also according to Mr. Dong, during the Quang Tri Province meeting with the Government delegation on the afternoon of October 22, the Defense Ministry agreed to support Quang Tri Province with dry wages and some necessities worth VND 850 million. Major Lieutenant General Le Chiem noted that food distribution must be directed to the right audience.
“Lt. Gen. Chiem said that it is necessary to avoid grassroots cadres sharing helpful articles, rather than sharing helpful articles such as the uproar and social media response,” said Mr. Dong.
