“When you have your first game at home, it is very important to win. My students took soccer seriously. Tottenham controlled the game well, taking advantage of opportunities to score goals.
“Not conceding and scoring 3 goals, it was clearly a perfect match. I have to congratulate my students. And I think that with what we have shown, we deserve to win 3 points. Tottenham continues to improve, we want to improve more and more.
The Portuguese professor added about the debut of striker Carlos Vinicius: “I think he can do more than that, but Carlos Vinicius is a rookie and still in the middle of coming in. Today, even though he didn’t score, I’m satisfied with what he showed. He is actively moving and contributing to the club’s game.”
