This morning (October 22), the XXII Congress of the Da Nang City Party Committee announced the results of the First Conference of the XXII Party Committee.
Consequently, Mr. Nguyen Van Quang, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the XXI period, was elected by the Executive Committee of the Party Committee of the XXII period as Secretary of the Party Committee of Da Nang City for the period 2020- 2025.
Mr. Luong Nguyen Minh Triet (Secretary of the Hai Chau District Party Committee), Mr. Le Trung Chinh (Vice Chairman of the City People’s Committee) were elected as Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee for the period 2020-2025.
Mr. Nguyen Van Quang (born 1969, Hai Phong’s hometown), has a PhD. In August 2012, Mr. Quang was appointed Director of the Hai Phong City People’s Committee.
In September 2014, Mr. Quang was appointed Director of the Supervisory Department of the Supreme Settlement of Civil Affairs, Cases, Marriage and Family. After that, Mr. Quang was appointed Director of VKSND Senior in Ho Chi Minh City.
By June 2017, he was transferred and appointed to the position of Director of the Department of Prosecution and Investigation of Economic Cases (Department 3) – Supreme VKSND. In September 2018, he was appointed deputy director of the Supreme People’s Committee.
On December 31, 2019, the Party Central Committee Secretariat announced the decision to appoint Mr. Nguyen Van Quang to join the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee and serve as the Deputy Secretary of the Party Standing Committee of the city of Da Nang, period 2015-2020.
According to the announcement, the results of the First Conference, the City Party Committee XXII elected 14 members of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, including: Nguyen Van Quang (Deputy Secretary of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the City, Session XXI); Luong Nguyen Minh Triet (Secretary of the Hai Chau District Party Committee), Le Trung Chinh (Permanent Vice Chairman of the City People’s Committee), Nguyen Thanh Quang (Head of the City Party Committee, Session XXI), Le Thi My Hanh (Head of Internal Affairs Party Committee of the XXI mandate), Ho Ky Minh (Vice Chairman of the People’s Committee of the City), Vu Xuan Vien (Director of the City Police), Nguyen Quoc Huong (Military Commander of the City), Le Minh Trung (Vice Chairman of the People’s Council of the City), Vo Cong Chanh (Permanent Deputy Head of the Organizing Committee of the Party Committee of the City XXI), Nguyen Dinh Vinh (Deputy Head of the Propaganda Department of the Party Committee of the City, Session XXI), Doan Ngoc Hung Anh (Head of the Union members of the National Assembly, People’s Council and People’s Committee of the City), Ngo Xuan Thang (Secretary of the Thanh Khe District Party Committee) , Vu Quang Hung (Secretary of the C I omitted from the Lien Chieu District Party).
