According to the clip, an elderly woman in her 80s, again handcuffed, was defiantly with a cane, “carrying” the sack to walk to a car carrying relief items, sending the driver to help her move to the Central region. The old woman’s jacket was simple, and it even had a broken corner, but with it inside, there was much love for her people who suffered from the floods.

The cameraman asked him what was in the bag and he “presumed” that the bag had clothes and instant noodles in it. When “loading” the bag reached the loading position, perhaps due to back fatigue, it also dropped the bag to the ground.

The cameraman was very moved by the heart of the grandmother, he said: “This old woman, with this back to back, still loves the people of Central Vietnam. Look at the Central region, here is everything for the Central”.

The person who filmed this clip also added that the aforementioned old woman named Cach currently lives in Chi Linh, Hai Duong.
