After appropriating this money, Thang took a taxi to a shopping center to buy the suitcase containing the money he had just stolen and changed his clothes to avoid the police.
Immediately after receiving the news, the director of the Ho Chi Minh City Police Department ordered the city police units to coordinate with the Tan Phu District Police to implement measures to promptly investigate the matter. After only 150 minutes, the scouts arrested Thắng.
