These last members are more stable, they are allowed to wear life jackets and round buoys, and they also tie additional ropes on the circular buoys for the rescue team to stop. Many rescuers passed the bus to organize the landing.

Eighteen people on the bus were swept away by the floods at 5 p.m. on the same day (October 19). Bus riders are taken to Thong Nhat District Cultural House, TT.Nong Viet Trung School for medical attention.
