Mr. Do Thanh Binh is 53 years old this year, from Thoi Binh (Ca Mau) district. He has experienced the following positions: Secretary of the Vinh Thuan District Party Committee, Head of the Organizing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Kien Giang Province People’s Committee, Chairman of the Kien Giang Province People’s Committee.
