Hanoi Forest, Dan Phuong District Forest Protection Department, as well as the facilitation of bear owners’ families.
The Hanoi Forest Protection Department also verifies the bear’s registration chip and fully implements the transfer procedures and procedures. The bears were brought to the Vietnam Bear Rescue Center in Tam Dao National Park, Vinh Phuc province on the same day.
Before being placed in the nearly 3,000-square-meter semi-natural area at the Center, the Bear will undergo 45 days of isolation to ensure no infection, instinctive treatment, grouping and recovery, and gradual health.
Adding this bear, the Zoological Organization has successfully rescued 220 bears and raccoons (both cubs and long-lived bears in kennels) in many provinces across the country. Currently, 188 bears receive medical care, nutrition and live in semi-natural areas at the Vietnam Bear Rescue Center.
