On October 14, RT broadcast video of the aforementioned passenger of color being ejected from the plane. In the video, a flight attendant is seen talking to a black passenger sitting in the aisle.
It looked like this passenger was eating peanuts with a “Black Voices for Trump” mask ripped from his face.
The flight attendant said, “What are you going to do?” then he pointed to the exit, asking him to leave the plane. The passenger who was filming the video immediately asked, “Can you tell us about the regulations that prevent you from removing your mask while eating?” However, no member of the crew responded.

After a while, the passenger of color said that he would obey his request to leave the plane and begin packing. As she made her way to the gate, the passenger continued to question the crew about the regulations for wearing a Southwest Airlines mask, but to no avail.
It is unclear when and where the incident occurred. However, netizens condemned Southwest Airlines “for being racist and prejudicial against those who support President Trump.”
The eldest son of the American leader, Donald Trump Jr., also expressed outrage at the incident. “It’s disgusting. Everyone takes off their masks to eat and drink. I did it on a Southwest Airlines flight earlier this week,” he said.
The low-cost US carrier was not available for comment. In mid-August, Southwest Airlines also attracted media attention by blacklisting a family in Texas and their 3-year-old son with autism for refusing to wear a mask. At the time, Southwest Airlines said it did not give anyone special features, but confirmed that it would refund the full fare for such cases.
