Also at the congress, 350 delegates voted to present the Secretary of the Twentieth Party Committee to give the Executive Committee the term XX as the basis for electing the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee in the first session.
As a result, Mr. Ngo Dong Hai, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee of Thai Binh, XIX period, was vigorously introduced by the delegates to be elected Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee for the period 2020. -2025.

Starting at 17:00 on the same day, at the headquarters of the Thai Binh Party Provincial Committee, the Executive Committee of the Thai Binh Party Committee, Session XX held the first session to elect the Standing Committee of the Provincial Committee of the Party, to elect the titles of Secretary, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and 11 Member of the Inspection Committee of the Provincial Committee of the Thai Binh Party, term XX. The results of the vote will be announced on October 15.

The size of the economy and income per capita have increased considerably. All manufacturing industries are growing quite high and full. Total investment capital for social development in the five years (2016-2020) is estimated at 235.5 trillion dong, almost 2 times higher than in the five years 2011-2015, an average increase of 7.8% per year . The province’s annual budget revenues always exceed the assigned estimates; By 2020, it is estimated that it will reach more than 8,000 billion VND, 1.35 times more than in 2015.
