– Failure to comply with the assigned management and administration tasks without plausible reasons, causing very serious consequences;

– Imprisonment for conditional sentence or non-custodial reform;

– Very seriously violate the provisions of the anti-corruption law; practice saving and fight waste; gender equality; prevention and fight against prostitution and other regulations related to public officials.

Thus: Public servants who violate the above errors, which give rise to demotion or dismissal, the salary increase period lasts 12 months from the effective date of the disciplinary decision.

For officials

A public employee is dismissed from his position, the salary increase period is extended by 12 months, at the same time that the non-corporate public unit assigns another suitable job position.
