Federer’s record leveled, French Open should ban Nadal

Living in the 15 years of the French Open, Nadal has won 13 times. The Spaniard even lost only 2 games in the last 15 seasons.

Nadal played an overwhelming game with No. 1 seed Novak Djokovic. The Serbian player can be king on any court, but on clay he has no door in front of Nadal.

When was the last time people saw Djokovic lose 0-6 in the first set? The 0-6 score in Set 1 and Djokovic’s final 0-3 defeat speak to Nadal’s strength. The “king of clay” strengthened his throne.

Nadal also entered the history of world tennis with 20 Grand Slam titles in his career, just like Roger Federer. The Swiss “Express Train” also has 20 Grand Slam titles, with the world record for tennis.

Federer won eight Wimbledon titles, six times the Australian Open, five US Open and one French Open.

Meanwhile, Nadal won four times at the US Open, twice won the Wimbledon championship and won an Australian Open. And of course, 13 wins at the French Open helped the Spaniard go down in history.

Seeing Nadal so strong at Roland Garros, the organizers should change the name of this tournament to Rafa Garros. Or bolder, they should completely ban Nadal from this tournament to create a surprise.

The fact that a player wins 13 championships in a Grand Slam is unprecedented in history.

Even Djokovic can’t do that at the US Open, or Federer has only won 8 Wimbledon championships, two tournaments for the two illustrious players mentioned above.

2020 may be a year with strange events, but the way Nadal wins the French Open seems out of the ordinary.
