According to the complaint, Ms. Y. divorced her husband, on May 24 she knew Mr. Toan and both parties also expressed solidarity. After that, Mr. Toan aroused feelings and told Ms. Y. that the family was not happy, that he would divorce his wife to join, making Ms. Y. trust and willingly come with Mr. Toan.

Until May 31, Ms. Y. knew that Toan’s family was still at peace and happy and that her lover was an untrustworthy person. Since then, two people have a conflict that leads to a breakup.

On August 8, Ms. Y. discovered she was pregnant, went for an ultrasound, and sent the results to Mr. Toan’s office. However, Mr. Toan rejected this pregnancy, claiming that Ms. Y. slept with others and slandered him to lower Mr. Toan’s prestige.

At that time, Ms. Y wrote a request to send the head of the H. My Duc Police Department to consider and take Mr. Toan and the fetus for a DNA test to clarify the matter. If the fetus belongs to Mr. Toan, he will be responsible for the mother and daughter. On the contrary, when the pregnancy is not Mr. Toan’s, Mrs. Y. is responsible before the law.
Upon accepting the proposal, the Police H. My Duc took a sample and sent it to the National Forensic Institute for analysis. The results of the evaluation of the DNA of the fetus in the uterus of Mrs. Y, the same lineage as Mr. Toan. Police Officer H. My Duc concluded that Major Toan had an emotional relationship with Ms. Y. that led to her pregnancy.

Police H. My Duc asked Major Toan to review seriously, overcome the consequences, and take responsibility for the pregnancy in Ms. Y’s uterus in accordance with the law. At the same time, the My Duc district police gathered a report and informed the Hanoi police to consider and handle Mr. Toan in accordance with industry regulations.
