Regarding the flood situation, Quang Binh has 13,000 flooded houses, many villages and hamlets belonging to 15 communes in Minh Hoa, Quang Ninh, Tuyen Hoa districts … are divided and isolated.
In Quang Tri, currently in the province, widespread flooding has occurred in all districts, towns and cities (except Con Co Island District), according to quick statistics, some 17,800 houses were flooded. In Thua Thien Hue, some 2,000 houses were flooded from 0.3 to 1.8 m and Da Nang was basically only flooded in Hoa Tien Commune (Hoa Vang District).
Many roads in the aforementioned provinces are still heavily flooded and landslides, causing traffic congestion.
In agriculture, about 1,200ha of rice and crops, 1,000ha of aquaculture, floods, damages, 22,000 cattle were swept away, 32,000 birds died …
Regarding the situation of boat accidents and stranded at sea, Vietship 1 has 10 crew members stranded at Buoy 0, 1 km from the Cua Viet port and the Hoang Tuan 26 ship, including 12 crew members, remains safe. The Thanh Thanh Dat 68 ship, including 12 crew members, is anchored at Buoy 1, 1.5 km from the port of Cua Viet.
For the Vietship TK 12, Vietship 09, Thanh Thanh Dat 55 ships sunk, 14/16 crew members have been safely ashore and boarded, while 2 Vietship TK 12 crew members are still missing.
