On the afternoon of October 9, police in the Thu Duc district, Ho Chi Minh City, said that three subjects were detained to investigate murder behavior.
According to initial information, around 9:00 p.m. on October 8, a group of about 4 young people were drinking at the AK seafood restaurant on 3rd Street, Truong Tho Ward, Thu Duc District. Later, a young man in the group had a conflict with Mr. Nguyen Van O. (70 years old, who lives in Thu Duc district), drinking at the next table.

The two sides exchanged words for a time, when suddenly a young man beat Mr. O. Some young people in the group also participated in beating the council, causing Mr. O. to collapse on the spot. After hitting people, the group of subjects quickly left the scene.
After a while, Mr. D (member of Mr. O’s family) went to the pub and took him to the emergency hospital. Due to the injury, Mr. O died.
Immediately after receiving the news, the Thu Duc District Police Force coordinated with the Truong Tho District Police to be present at the scene to investigate the case. By extracting images from the camera, the police identified 4 subjects who beat Mr. O to death. However, when the police arrived at the residence, the subjects fled.
In the afternoon from 9 to 10, 3 criminals were arrested by the police.
