On October 9, Major General Nguyen Duc Dung, director of Quang Nam Provincial Public Security, said that the decomposing body was identified at the house in Tam Loc Commune (Phu Ninh District, Quang Nam).
The victim was Ms Vo Thi H. (18 years old, resident of Tam Thanh Commune, Phu Ninh District). H. has been missing for almost a month.
The house found the body of an 18-year-old girl in serious decomposition
According to the Quang Nam Province Police, the suspects related to this girl’s death surrendered to the Long Dien District Police, Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province.
The suspect is known to be Phan Thanh Tam (22 years old, resident of Tam Loc Commune, Phu Ninh District). Currently, the police are moving this object to Quang Nam for further investigation.
As reported, around 2:30 p.m. on October 8, Mr. Phan Hoang T. (43 years old) After returning home unoccupied for more than a month in Tay Loc village (Tam Loc commune), and then in a panic, he found a heavy decomposing body, wrapped in a towel.

Upon receiving the news, the competent forces were present to organize the scene and body recognition.
Because Ms. H.’s body was badly decomposed, the time of death has not been determined.
