Regarding the case of a 2-year-old boy who was beaten by a friend in Trumpkids kindergarten (Nhac Son street, Coc Leu district, Lao Cai city, Lao Cai province), on the morning of October 4 , Mr. Bui Manh Hung (group 3 resident, Kim Tan Ward, Lao Cai City), who beat the baby, reported to the Investigative Police Agency, Lao Cai City Police.

Hung confessed at 4:00 PM on September 30, when he reached the classroom door to pick up his son, he heard crying. Upon entering class, Hung discovered a red stain on her daughter’s hand. Thinking he was bleeding, Hung turned to ask his teacher when he found out that he was playing with his classmates, for which he was bitten by his friend.

Hung then moved to the position of the 2-year-old, held by a teacher, lightly slapped him with his hand and asked him to apologize. The baby cried, didn’t come out, so Hung grabbed his hair with his hand, slapped him, and continued to apologize. When he refused to apologize, Hung continued to kick his feet and hit his butt. Until he apologized to his son, Hung would take him home.

On the afternoon of beating the baby, Hung took a car to Hanoi to visit his sick family. After opening the social network and watching the video hitting the baby posted online, Hung said he rushed to send text messages to the baby’s family.

On the morning of October 6, Pham Quang Giang, from Coc Leu District, Lao Cai City, Lao Cai Province, the boy’s father was beaten, said that on the morning of October 4, Hung went to his home to apologize and then went to the agency. policeman.

Giang’s daughter is now being released from the hospital, but according to her family, her psychology is still affected. Since the day he was hit, he did not sleep at night, and when he slept a little, he would wake up suddenly.

“From that day on, my husband and I have to take turns looking after the children every night because the child does not sleep well as before. I probably don’t think about it, but being beaten is obviously a psychological shock,” Giang said.

According to Giang, although Hung showed remorse, his family still wanted to handle the case in accordance with the law. “We still want to deal with the right person, and on the mitigation part, we will consider it,” said the baby’s father.

Before that, on the afternoon of September 30, Mr. Giang saw that his daughter had an abnormal psychological expression, did not laugh and had many red marks on her face, so he called the Trumpkids kindergarten teacher . This teacher said that around 4 pm on the same day, the boy was assaulted by a parent.

In the video, a man pulled the girl’s hair and then repeatedly slapped her even though she was crying. At the time the girl was attacked, three teachers were present, but no one answered, one girl could only hold the girl in her arms. After the fight, this father also forced the boy to fold his arms and apologize in the presence of the teachers.

According to Mr. Giang, the incident is due to his daughter being in the toy painting class with the parents’ son.

As soon as the incident occurred, the victim’s family sent a request to the Coc Leu neighborhood police. Currently the police agency continues to take testimonies and consolidate the file to handle it according to the regulations.
