At the first meeting, which was held immediately thereafter, the new Hoa Binh Party Provincial Committee elected 14 members of the 17th Provincial Party Standing Committee; choose the titles: Secretary, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Commission; Inspection Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Inspection Committee for the period 2020 – 2025.

As a result, Mr. Ngo Van Tuan, Deputy Secretary of the Hoa Binh Party Provincial Committee for the period 2015-2020, was elected Secretary of the Hoa Binh Party Provincial Committee for the period 2020-2025. Mr. Bui Van Khanh, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee; Bui Duc Hinh, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, was elected Undersecretary of the Provincial Committee of the Hoa Binh Party.

The meeting also elected the Inspection Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, made up of 11 people. Mr. Nguyen Tien Sinh, Deputy Head of the Hoa Binh National Assembly Delegation, was elected Chairman of the Hoa Binh Provincial Party Inspection Committee for the period 2020 – 2025.
Mr. Ngo Van Tuan (49 years old, Thien Du’s hometown, Bac Ninh province) has a Master’s Degree in Economics in Italy (specializing in Finance – Banking); Higher Political Theory.
Mr. Ngo Van Tuan has held many positions, such as Deputy Director of the Office of the Ministry of Finance – Assistant to the Minister of Finance; Department of Finance of Banks and Financial Institutions.

In January 2017, Mr. Ngo Van Tuan was appointed Deputy Head of the Central Economic Commission. In June 2019, the Secretariat appointed him as Deputy Secretary of the Hoa Binh Provincial Party Committee.
