(the same 17 years, living in Hau Giang), Son Quoc Thanh (23 years, living in Hau Giang), Danh Minh Hieu (16 years, living in Soc Trang) and Luu Truong An (19 years, living in Hau Giang) .
When they were arrested, the 6 suspects were temporarily residing in P. Long Binh (Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai).
Confirmed by the knowledge of 2 (unidentified) subjects in P. An Phu (Thuan An City, Binh Duong), Dac invited the group to use a motorcycle to carry a horse and a homemade knife. Find couples who trust a lonely place in the area of the National University of Ho Chi Minh City (in Dong Hoa Ward, Di An City) to steal property.
Most recently, on the night of September 22, Det with Hieu, An went on a motorcycle with the number 83Z1-011.02 to the university town to look for partners to steal property. At that time on Hai Thuong Lan Ong Street, HTM (21 years old) and NHT (19 years old) were sitting confidently, when Thac stopped the car to threaten and control 2 victims of phone, jewelry and cash theft. Without stopping there, the suspects also arrested Mr. M. and moved to another location to rape Ms. T.
Along with September 25, a group of 6 suspects also caused an intentional injury, stealing a couple’s phone and cash in the area of the National University of Ho Chi Minh City. By committing suicide, the suspects also claimed to have committed many cases of robbery, intentionally causing injuries … in the area of the National University of Ho Chi Minh City.
The police are expanding the investigation and clarification to handle the rape and property theft group in said area.
