Trung created a Facebook account and texted through the account of a 26-year-old girl, lying about having a room for rent, making an appointment to see the room.
On the night of September 18, Trung took a motorcycle to a hotel on TTN01 Street (Tan Thoi Nhat neighborhood), rented a room, and stopped in the hotel parking lot.
Moments later, a girl named X. took a motorcycle to send to the hotel parking lot. When she entered the room, she was staring at the toilet when Trung fell to the floor, hit her face and squeezed her mouth to prevent the victim from singing.
The victim resisted fiercely, when he saw that Trung had hurt him, the victim pleaded and said it was “next month.” At this time, Trung forced the victim to incite her sexually. Although the victim firmly refused, Trung was still stubbornly forced to follow him.
Trung took the victim’s phone and tied her hand. Trung called T. to bring a rope and towel to the hotel to tie up and then drove Trung’s car home. Trung also asked T. to bring H. Upon hearing Trung promised to give each person 500 thousand VND, T. and H. followed immediately.
After that, T. took H. to the hotel. T. brought ready-made towels and ropes to the room and took Trung’s car.
After T. left the room, Trung dragged Ms. X out of the toilet and searched the victim’s pants pocket for VND263,000 and then tied her legs, hands, and mouth with a towel.
Trung took the victim’s car and escaped with his accomplices. Later, the victim’s car was deposited in a hospital parking lot.
On the morning of September 19, after being rescued by hotel personnel, the victim went to the police station.
Trung then called his girlfriend, Li, and told her that he had a car and a phone. They both carried the victim’s cell phone to contain 2 million VND. On September 22, the aforementioned group took the victim’s car from the hospital parking lot and drove it to Ly’s boarding room.
Two days later, when the aforementioned group was present at the Internet shop in the Hiep Thanh neighborhood, the Criminal Police Team of the 12th District Police suddenly appeared and was brought to the headquarters to investigate.
