According to initial information, at 1:00 p.m. on the same day, in about 3,000 square meters of land in KP.4, Thong Nhat Ward (Bien Hoa city), more than 60 subjects from two gangs appeared preparing to participate. The “chaos” family to fight for land was surrounded by the police. The two gangs prepared many homemade weapons, which were almost 2m long iron pipes with pointed iron tips and many iron hammers.
According to an investigation by the Dong Nai Province Police, a few days ago there was a dispute between the two parties considered landowners, including Ms. Mai Thi Hong (41 years old) and Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hung (45 years old, lives in Bien Hoa City) with Ms. Nguyen Thi Soi (65 years old, lives in Thong Nhat neighborhood, Bien Hoa City). Participating in the dispute behind Ms. Soi is a guy named Black.
Specifically, in mid-September 2020, Black and more than 10 subjects came to the land claiming to be the custodian of Ms. Soi’s land, asking Ms. Hong not to build houses or plant trees on this land; At the same time, the subjects also took turns living in 3 rooms here for the purpose of conserving the land. Over the past few days, the couple repeatedly asked the subjects to leave the land, but Black’s group did not go, but also committed acts that threatened Ms. Hong’s life.
To win the land, on the morning of September 29, Ms. Hong hired Lam Thanh Sang (22, who lives in Soc Trang) and some other objects to come here to pressure Black’s group. At noon the same day, Sang called about 40 subjects from the Tam Phuoc district (Bien Hoa town) to bring weapons, intimidated Black’s gang, and then demolished 3 rooms. To fight back, the Black gang also mobilized dozens of items to bring weapons to the army to fight with the Sang group.
When both groups entered the “fighting” area, under the direct direction of Colonel Nguyen Ngoc Quang, deputy director of Dong Nai Provincial Public Security, the police closed the siege, arrested 59 subjects, 35 homemade weapons were seized, 4 mazos … The case is currently being investigated and clarified by the Bien Hoa City Police.
