The accident occurred at around 11:00 pm on September 29 on Bach Dang Street, near Ba Chieu Market.
Reporting to the authorities, the container truck driver said that he had just left the Cat Lai port (District 2, Ho Chi Minh City) about 10 minutes from the time of the accident.
At that time, this man was driving down Bach Dang Street from the Hang Xanh intersection to Ba Chieu Market.
Upon reaching the previous area, the car crashed into the median of the railroad between the highway causing it to lose control, passing on the opposite side of the road and colliding with a taxi and another car going in the opposite direction.
The incident occurred late at night, with few people passing by, so it caused no harm to people, but the three cars were seriously damaged.
In the scene, because the container truck is blocking the road, it causes a traffic jam. The Binh Thanh District Traffic Police arrived quickly to handle the scene and solve the case.
According to neighbors, at night this route has many container trucks that circulate at high speeds, making it very dangerous. Especially in the morning, cars run fast to avoid the ban, which creates risks for pedestrians.
