On the afternoon of September 29, the Thong Nhat District Police and the Bien Hoa City Police (Dong Nai Province) prevented a dispute between the two gangs from resolving a conflict.
According to initial information, at 11:30 am on the same day, on the land of KP4, Thong Nhat neighborhood is the land in dispute between Ms. Mai Thi Hong (SN 1979) and Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hung ( SN 1975) who lives in the city of Bien Hoa with Ms Nguyen Thi Soi (SN 1955, resident in Thong Nhat neighborhood), with almost 100 subjects belonging to two gangs preparing for “chaos” to fight for land, she was arrested by the police.
Before this incident, in mid-September, Black was the person behind Ms. Soi, who brought about 10 subjects to the disputed land to keep the land. Subjects stayed in 3 rooms for the purpose of conserving the land, preventing Ms. Hong from building houses and planting trees in the ground. When asked to leave the land, these subjects threatened to isolate Ms. Hong and her husband.
On September 29, Ms. Hong hired her object Lam Thanh Sang (Soc Trang SN 1998) and several subjects came to the land to plant trees and conserve the land. On the afternoon of September 29, Sang called nearly 40 subjects from the Tam Phuoc neighborhood, Bien Hoa city, to bring weapons to the aforementioned land to intimidate the subjects in all 3 rooms and demolish all 3 rooms. Black’s group has mobilized dozens of objects to bring weapons to “go to war” with the Sang group when they were detained by the police.
The police arrested 59 subjects, seized 35 homemade weapons, 4 mallets and 1 welding machine. Currently, the police continue to investigate and arrest related objects.
