Hai is the main suspect in the murder that occurred in Ha Huy Tap neighborhood, Ha Tinh city, where he killed one person and wounded two on the afternoon of the same day.
Around 13:00 pm on September 28, Ms NTV (71 years old, living in Ha Huy Tap neighborhood, Vinh city) was at the house with two daughters, Ms BTH (40 years old) and Ms. BTNh. (47 years old), suddenly Hai (Mrs. V’s former son-in-law) broke into the house using a knife to kill her.
After causing the crime, suspect Hai fled the scene.
Three victims were taken to Ha Tinh General Hospital as an emergency, but Ms. Nh. died, Ms V. and Ms H. were seriously injured.
Following people’s security cameras, the police determined that Hai escaped by motorcycle towards the Ha Tinh city bypass.
Upon finding the Hai motorcycle on the side of the road, the authorities coordinated with the traffic police to search the bus, the passenger bus between north and south to arrest suspect Hai.
At approximately 6:00 p.m. the same day, when Hai had just got off the bus in Hung Nguyen district, Nghe An, about 70 km from the crime scene, the police stopped.
Currently, suspect Hai is being transferred to temporary detention in the Ha Tinh Province Police to serve the investigation.
According to local people, Hai and Ms. V’s youngest daughter were divorced. When Hai came to find Ms. V’s family, Hai’s ex-wife was not at home. Hai works as a motorcycle repairman in the city of Ha Tinh.
