According to information from Ha Tinh City Police, at 18:00 tonight (September 28), the competent forces arrested Le Minh Hai (SN 1983, who resides in District 7 of Ha Huy Tap District , Ha Tinh City): The suspect murdered his wife’s sister and severely stabbed her mother-in-law and another person.
Hai was arrested while hiding in Hung Nguyen City, Hung Nguyen District, Nghe An Province. Police are taking testimony of this object.
