On the morning of September 27, the Hai Duong Province Road Safety Board initially reported a serious traffic accident in Binh Giang (Hai Duong) district that injured 9 people.

The Hai Duong Province Traffic Safety Board said that around 9:00 a.m. on September 26, in District 39E, the section passing through Phu Da Village, Hong Khe Commune, Binh District Giang, Toyota Innova car was carrying BKS 29Y-6653 (unknown people driver) moving in the direction of Thai Hoc – Co Bi suddenly hit 4 motorcycle go counterclockwise.
The injured motorcycles wore the Supervisory Board: 34K1-030.14, 34B3-476.32, 29Y7-166.39 and 89H1-001.20. The strong impact injured 9 motorcycles.
The victims were admitted to the emergency room
Identities of identified victims include: Pham Van Do (SN 1991), Bui Xuan Dat (SN 1997), Bui Van Quang (SN 1991), Bui Van Tinh (SN 1987), all residents of Vinh Hong, Binh commune. Giang; Vu Van Thong (SN 1993), Bui Dinh Phai (SN 1993), together in Tien Lu district, Hung Yen province); Nguyen Duc Giang (SN 1993, resident of Tri Trung Commune, Phu Xuyen District, Hanoi City), Mai Van Hung (SN 1994, resident of Thanh Hoa City, Thanh Hoa Province). In particular, the ninth victim has not been identified due to multiple injuries, unconsciousness and is being treated at the hospital.
The Innova car caused a serious accident in the first part.
At the scene, the car was seriously damaged in the first part, some motorcycles were thrown into the water ditch along the road. After causing the accident, the driver left the scene.
According to witnesses, the motorbike convoy returning home from the wedding had an accident, including those who were not wearing helmets.
By quick verification, the owner of a Toyota Innova car carrying BKS 29Y-6653 is Mr. Nguyen Van T., who resides in My Trach Village, Binh Minh Commune, Binh Giang District.
