Having a tire problem, Mr. H. stopped the car in the emergency lane of the Quang Ninh – Hai Phong Expressway to change the tire, but the truck behind him still hit him and the victim died in the act.
Around 2:00 p.m. on September 25, driver Nguyen Trong H.’s car BKS 14A-160.4x (SN 1969, resident of Thanh Quang Commune, Thanh Ha District, Hai Duong City, Hai Duong Province ) moved towards Quang Ninh – Hai Phong, upon reaching Km. 8 of the Ha Long – Hai Phong highway, the tire was damaged.
Driver H. drove the vehicle to stop in the emergency lane to change a tire.
During this process, H. was suddenly driven by the BKS 15C-263.00 truck by the driver Le Van C. (SN 1993, Cao Minh resident, An Tho, An Lao, Hai Phong). The driver H. was driving died on the spot.
As soon as the incident occurred, functional forces were immediately present, ensuring traffic safety order and traffic flow, and surveying the scene.
Currently, Quang Yen City Police are working with driver Le Van C. to clarify the cause of traffic accidents.
