Earlier in the morning, according to the draft of the Executive Committee of the XIX Provincial Party Committee, 53 qualified persons for titles, standards and structure came forward to be elected to the Executive Committee of the Provincial Committee of the Bac Ninh Party. term 2020 – 2025.
The result of the scrutiny was 315 votes cast, collecting 314 votes, showing that, of the 48 people elected to the Executive Board of the new period, the one that obtained the highest number of votes reached 311 votes, which represents 99.68% ; the person with the lowest number of votes was 180, which represented 57.14%.
Subsequently, the Presidium made a recommendation to elect the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee for the period 2020-2025 from among the staff members who have just been elected to the XX Executive Committee.
Mr. Nguyen Nhan Chien said that the XIX Executive Committee has carried out the process of introducing personnel to key positions, the title of Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee for the period 2020 – 2025 and is agreed by the Central Party Secretariat , introduced Ms. Dao Hong Lan, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the XIX mandate to elect as Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee of Bac Ninh for the term 2020 – 2025.
According to the results of the First Conference of the Party Committee of Bac Ninh Province, the XX term announced on the afternoon of September 25, Dao Hong Lan was elected Secretary of the Party Committee of Bac Ninh Province for the period 2020 -2025 at a rate of 100%. The two undersecretaries of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee for the period 2020-2025 are Ms. Nguyen Huong Giang and Mr. Nguyen Quoc Chung.
Ms. Dao Hong Lan was born in 1971 to Hai Duong, and is an alternate member of the XII Party Central Committee.
Before moving to Bac Ninh, Ms. Dao Hong Lan worked for many years in the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs. She held the positions of Deputy Director of the Department of Social Security; Deputy head of office in charge; Head of the Office of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs.
On December 17, 2014, the Prime Minister signed a decision to appoint her Deputy Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs. In April 2018, it was decided to transfer Ms Lan and appointed her to be part of the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Committee of the Bac Ninh Party for the period 2015-2020.
