AP on 9-23 reported that Mr. Navalny, 44, was discharged after 32 days of treatment for intoxication. Doctors believe that Mr. Navalny can make a full recovery, but it is too early to assess the long-term effects of the poison on the body.
For 32 days in the Charite hospital, the capital Berlin, Germany, Mr. Navalny spent 24 days receiving special care. After being discharged from the hospital, the politician remained in Germany to continue the rehabilitation process. Navalny spokesman Kira Yarmysh announced that he would remain in Germany for the time being because “the treatment is not yet complete.”
Navalny said the immediate goal is rehabilitation and learning to do simple things like stand on one leg or wiggle the fingers.

German chemical weapons experts identified the leader of the Russian opposition struck by the Novichok group’s nerve agent. Laboratories in France and Sweden also corroborate this information.
The poison used in the attack is the same that the UK believes was used to poison former Russian spy Sergei Skripal and his daughter in Salisbury, UK in 2018. German Chancellor Angela Merkel condemned the first case. poison is murder. She and other world leaders have called on Russia to open a full investigation.
Mr. Navalny was in a coma for over 2 weeks while being treated with an antidote. Members of the opposition accused the Kremlin of being involved in the poisoning, but Moscow vehemently denied it.
On September 23, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov announced that Navalny was free to return to Russia at any time like any other Russian citizen. Peskov reiterated that what happened to Navalny remains a big question for the Kremlin because Russian investigators do not have any data to clarify the poisons in the politician’s body.
Peskov once again asked Germany, France and Sweden to share Navalny’s state data with Russia.
