Dong Thap Provincial Party Committee Secretary Le Minh Hoan was transferred and appointed to serve as Vice Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development.
The Prime Minister has decided to transfer and appoint Mr. Le Minh Hoan, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the XIV National Assembly of Dong Thap Province as Vice Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development.
Mr. Le Minh Hoan was born on January 19, 1961 (Hometown: Hoa An Commune, Cao Lanh City, Dong Thap Province).

Mr. Le Minh Hoan used to hold the following positions: Deputy Director of the Construction Department, Director of the Construction Department of Dong Thap Province; Vice Chairman of the Dong Thap Provincial People’s Committee; Party Committee Secretary for Cao Lanh City, Dong Thap Province; Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Dong Thap Provincial People’s Committee; Secretary of the Provincial Committee of the Dong Thap Party for the period 2010-2015, for the period 2015-2020; Head of the National Assembly delegation, mandate XIII, XIV, Dong Thap province.
The Prime Minister also decided to approve the results of the election of the Chairman of the Quang Ngai Provincial People’s Committee for the period 2016-2021 of Mr. Dang Van Minh, Deputy Secretary of the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee.
On September 15, at the twentieth session of the Quang Ngai Province People’s Council, period XII, period 2016-2021, the Quang Ngai Provincial People’s Council elected Mr. Dang Van Minh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee to occupy the position of Chairman of the Quang Ngai Provincial People’s Committee.
Mr. Dang Van Minh turns 54 this year (from Pho An Commune, Duc Pho City, Quang Ngai). He has a BA in Economic Law, with an advanced degree in political theory.
He used to hold the positions of Director of the Quang Ngai Department of Transportation, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Head of the Organizing Committee of the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee.

The election of the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Yen Bai, will comply with the Party Charter, not directly in Congress. Yen Bai plans to elect 48 members to the new Executive Committee.
