According to the initial investigation, on the morning of September 20, Tuoi’s girlfriend and another girl sat in a restaurant on 18-M1 Street, Binh Hung Hoa Ward, Binh Tan District. Later, the girl called Tuoi to tell her that a group of young people sitting at the next table were making fun of her, including 19-year-old Ho Chi Minh from An Giang.
