According to the Bac Kan Province Police, at around 10:00 pm on September 17, the Pac Nam District Police arrested and captured Mr. Duong Xuan Kiem, who was using and organizing illegal drug use.
At the time of the examination, in addition to Mr. Kiem, there were also Ly Nguyen Bao (47 years old, primary and secondary school teacher in An Thang commune); Muong Van Duy (32 years old) and Ma Van Doi (who lives in Pac Nam district) are illegally using narcotics at the residence, which is also Mr. Kiem’s office at the school.
Functional forces seized 7 plastic packages drug, 2 bottles of poppy, 1 electric bar, 1 opium toolkit, 4 cell phones and 418,000 VND. Through testing, the above 4 people have positive results for drugs (opium).
