The leader of the Russian opposition, Alexei Navalny, was able to walk down the stairs on his own while recovering from the Novichok poisoning.
The Russian opposition leader is walking down the stairs at a hospital in Germany in the process of recovering from nerve poisoning Novichok in the latest photo shared, Sky News in the Sept. 19 reporting.
Alexei Navalny shared on Instagram that she was still having difficulty climbing stairs due to shaking legs. However, he believes that the recovery is “obvious, albeit durable.”
The Russian opposition leader reported in the latest exchange that he is still unable to use the phone by himself and has difficulty filling his cup with water.
“There are many unsolved problems, but the great doctors at Charite Hospital have solved the main problem,” said the post on Alexei Navalny’s social media account.
The Russian opposition leader also added that at first it was difficult for him to recognize people and find words to express.

On September 17, a member of Alexei Navalny’s aides said that the Russian opposition leader was poisoned with a bottle of water in a hotel room in Siberia.
Two independent labs in France and Sweden have confirmed an earlier German discovery that the leader of the Russian opposition was poisoned by Novichok. This is the same poison used in the Salisbury attack on former Russian spy Sergei Skripal and his daughter.
