In particular, the defendant Nguyen Thuy Diem (31 years old, resident of Can Tho city) is a suspect leading the line and has fled and is currently being wanted internationally, thus separating in another case for further trial.
According to the indictment, around July 2019, Truong asked Hoa to carry out procedures to bring Ms. Pham Thi Tra My (26 years old, resident of Nghèn city, Can Loc district, Ha Tinh) to France to escape to England to work, at the price of 22,000 USD.
After the deal, Hoa agreed to take Ms. My to France for $ 21,000.
To play the roles for Ms. My, Hoa teamed up with Thanh and Nguyen Thuy Diem (31, a resident of Can Tho City) to do the same.
On October 23, 2019, Ms My, along with 38 other Vietnamese people, hid in a frozen container truck to continue to enter the UK.

The investigative agency determined that, from May to October 2019, Hoa with Thanh, Truong, Hue, Trieu, Ho and Ky linked up with a few other people to organize and negotiate with 22 people to leave for China. then she escaped to England (including my sister).
In the process of organizing intermediaries for other people to flee abroad, Hoa and Thanh each get 3,000 USD, Truong and Hue each get 1,500 USD, Trieu benefits 1,000 USD, Ho benefits 20 million VND and Ky enjoys benefit 18 million.
